If there's an issue with your order, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll fix it—either a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
You may return unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item's price. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. However, if an item arrives damaged or doesn't match its Certificate of Analysis, we'll replace it or refund your money without needing a return.
E-mail support@retatrutide-peptide.org using your order number and a brief reason for the return (photos are helpful if the item arrived damaged). We'll get back to you with instructions within one business day. Please don't send anything back until we've given you the go-ahead.
Once we've received the return or approved the claim, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We only refund original shipping fees if the return is due to our mistake.
If your package comes back to us because the address you gave was wrong or the delivery couldn't be made, we'll reship it at your cost, or we can refund the product price minus shipping charges.
If the tracking info shows your package is lost in transit, let us know. We'll submit a claim with the carrier and send one free replacement for that order.
